Our client is a professional Chemicals and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
The company is an international analytical lab service provider for clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. They have over 10000 dedicated professionals working in their organization in different countries worldwide and for their Benelux division they are now looking for a new member.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you are the responsible person for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment procedures and you will manage the Quality team in order to translate ISO norms to procedures and workable methods. Also you will make sure that any changes in these methods and procedures are compliant with the relevant norms and regulations. In this role you will report to the director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and execute procedures in regards to QHSE activities
- Make sure that QHSE procedures are followed up
- Maintain the quality system and maintain contact with institutions for certification
- Improve quality systems where needed
- Give trainings to employees in regards to QHSE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in a life science related field
- 5+ years of experience in a lab or production environment
- Experience in giving advice in regards to quality and HSE matters
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English
