You will be the liaison within the supply chain and internal departments on relevant quality related matters. You will also be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet standards set by both the company and regulatory law rules.
• Ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered accurately in a timely fashion.
• Conducting internal and external Quality Assurance audits, accompany external auditors
• Ensuring quality compliance regarding the manufacture and sale.
• Monitoring, updating and defining HACCP and SOP’s system.
• Updating and monitoring European quality SharePoint site.
• Training logistic and sales teams in Quality Assurance procedures.
• Preparing and checking the CoA’s.
• Monitor returned goods and approve future steps.
• Sampling and testing finished goods for customs purposes.
• Support supplier and Copacker qualification and review support product related certifications.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
• Report directly to the QA director.
• Leading a team of 5 to 10 QA specialists.
• 6-10 years working experiences in food industry.
• Knowledge of Process Improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English, German is advantageous.
• Analyzing information, Emphasizing Excellence, Quality engineering.
• Attention to detail, Problem solving, Thoroughness, Dealing with complexity, Decision making and Technical knowledge.
