Description
Currently, we are looking for QA Manager who will join an international company that provides retail banking hardware, software, and services. Specialist in the sale, manufacture, installation and service of self-service transaction systems, retail banking equipment, lottery terminals, postal terminals, software and services for global financial and commercial markets.
Main tasks
- Leading a team of QA Engineers across projects
- Coordination of test efforts across locations
- Contributing to designing and implementation of the Quality Strategy
- Synchronization with management across locations
- Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test concepts and test plans
- Defining test objectives, coordinating writing and executing test cases and test scenarios
- Cooperating with developers and business analysts to resolve any product issue
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Assurance or Test Engineer
- Minimum 1 year experience as a QA Leader in leading a team or Senior Test Engineer in designing and executing manual or automated test cases
- Knowledge of software testing concepts
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Knowledge of tools: HP QC, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, GIT
- Communicative English language
Optional skills
- Experience with contemporary quality approaches such as TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD
- Experience in test automation
- Knowledge one of technologies: Jenkins, Tomcat Apache, JMeter
