Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for a larger section of the procedural framework. Describing GxP requirements adequately is part of your role. You will work closely with your colleagues of other departments in quality to ensure that the process is well streamlined like meeting their requirements. Other responsibilities are implementation, improvement and design projects related to the procedural framework for GxP and business processes. The Business Process Manager will be an addition to the develop of the quality system so that clinical trials will be efficient and compliant for the Global Clinical Development Organization. This results in clinical programs that allow for seamless registration of the compounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee detailed process development
- Prioritize projects
- Lead and participate in departmental process
- Lead and participate in improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc or BSc
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a medium or large scale matrix organization
- Knowledge of GxP
- Experience in R&D process requirements
- Ability for strong leadership, negotiation and resolution skills
