Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform respective OTC/PTP monthly activities with adherence to written procedures [sub-ledger accounts reconciliation, applying payments, preparing statements, perform collection related activities, raise invoices etc.]
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Maintain master data of vendors / clients
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as required
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
- Very good English
- Working knowledge of PTP/OTC processes [1yrs]
- Master degree in accountancy or shared service experience is a plus
- Analytical skills and ability to work within a problem solving environment
- Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset
- MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)
- Good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Good execution skills
- Very good communicator
- Proactivity in identifying potential improvements
- Flexibility, especially during ME and QE
- Passion and willingness to learn and deliver through Operational Excellence
