Proto Engineer Weekend


Function description:

Within the Sector Development & Engineering is responsible for the specification and the design of the company products. The department Proto Engineering is responsible for operating and maintaining test tools and systems used to verify the design concept at a system level. Contribute towards an optimal design for the complete product and the creation of the product documentation necessary for pilot production.
You will be responsible for a proto machine and have to integrate new developed technologies into the existing machines, test them and give test rapports back to the research department.
It is your job to keep the machine in perfect state by:

• Monitor the PM parameters and carry out PM actions
• Keep machine configuration up to date
• Maintain problem list
• Implement required FCO’s
• Carry out and/or assist the development actions on the machines
• Provide competency support in case of escalation by team members
• Feedback actual machine utilization to the planner
• Ensure efficient use of machines, escalate in case of problems to groupleader or Proto Integrator
• Transfer machine status and problem list to next shift if applicable

Function requirements:

• Bachelor or Master education level (Technical)
• Weekend job (work Friday(no shifts), Saturday(shifts) and Sunday(shifts))
• Work 24 hours get paid for 40 hours
• Shift work, 2 shifts (6.00 till 14.30 / 14.00 till 22.30) on weekly change
• Test experience Soft- hardware unit experience
• Hands-on mentality
