Our Client is an property group that owns, develops and manages industrial property and business space. Due to expand business in Poland we are looking for Property Manager based in Warsaw.
Property Manager provide general assistance to the Portfolio Manager in all aspects of their work including: development of strong relationships with customers requiring regular visits to each asset; preparation of the annual building budgets, calculation and recovery of outgoings from tenants; manage process of reconciling tenants accounts; presentation of the Portfolio and all technical aspects, including structural maintenance and repairs, building management systems, management of tenant issues; providing assistance to the accounts staff in all accounting matters including information of data to be entered into the property management system; administration of all payments and statutory payments including municipality rates, water rates and land taxes.
We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years’ experience in a Property Management role especially form commercial market (Industrial, Office, Retail) with ability to travel. It is necessary to have customer service focus (knowledge of leasing aspects), property, financial and technical knowledge. Very important is to understand company’s business activities and initiative. Good in English (written and verbal) is required.
