Challenges
- Widely defined project suport.
- Project Portfolio Management.
- Roadmap maintenance.
- Update and change management of templates, processes, methods, standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Administration of DSV Central sites and project communities and project sites in various sources (incl. SharePoint).
- Dedicated project reporting and KPIs for various stakeholders.
- Collection and management of project documentation for project approvals.
- The collection and maintenance of budget data.
- Coordination, planning and scheduling meetings/workshops/materials etc..
- Travel coordination and support if needed.
Join us if…
- have English language - Excellent/Fluent both written and spoken,
- have experienced in working on structured projects as support/assistant/junior or assisting PM,
- have experience in an international environment (is a must),
- have knowledge of project management methodologies (above all Prince2) is a huge plus,
- have experience with managing or cooperating with a greater number of stakeholders is a plus,
- have bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management/administration/project management/marketing or related,
- have licenses in any project management methodology (above all Prince2) are a huge plus,
- are able and willing to work in a dynamic environment,
- are able to easily make relationships
- are oriented on problem-solving, sharp priority setting
- have strong communication skills towards all levels of an organization.
