We are currently looking for talented individuals to join the Project Office Team in Wroclaw. This team supports Swiss based Project Managers in delivering strategic projects within Private Banking of Credit Suisse. Based in CoE Wroclaw Project Office staff will be an integral part of the overall project teams of the Bank and contribute to driving innovation and excellence within Credit Suisse.

Project Office Team Member

You will become a member of an international team responsible for the following tasks:
• Project administration support
- Setting up and managing project infrastructure
- Project planning
- Organization and preparation of project meetings and conference calls
- Data collection for the project manager
- Write meeting minutes on request
• Project reporting and progress tracking
- Preparation of status reports (gathering and consolidation of information)
- Uploading project information and documentation into the project management tool
- Progress, risks and issues tracking
• Project budgeting and costs support
- Budget and cost management
- Third party management
• Gathering business requirements and transferring them into use cases (writing skills)
• Support in project portfolio management
• Preparation, indexation and archiving of the project documentation
• Handle Ad-hoc support requested by Project Management/Project Lead
• Assisting Project Managers in their daily administrative work.

Wymagania

We are looking for candidates who have knowledge and/or working experience in the following areas:
• Relevant work experience in Project Office/Project Management (internship counts as well) or IT-projects
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an asset
• Advanced knowledge of office automation tools (e.g., MS Office – Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Academic degree is an asset
• Experience in financial services industry is an asset
• Experience in or familiarity with Internet Technology is an asset.
