THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a global biopharmaceutical in the field of developments in the health care. They are currently looking to expand their MSL team in the Netherlands for working on pre/post launch activities as a freelancer.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Medical Science Liaison of our client, you will be a field based scientific communicator in a therapeutic area. You will work on projects such as clinical trial activities, investigator-initiated studies (IITs) and scientific projects. You will have the ability to develop product knowledge and to engage with HCP (Health Care Providers) through non-promotional evidence based scientific dialogue and presentations. In addition to this, you will collaborate with colleagues to actively support medical and scientific meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and arrange advisory boards
- Be the point of contract for all scientific requests for information from other departments internally but also for health care professionals and authorities externally
- Identify and engage with KOLs
REQUIREMENTS
- MD, PharmD
- Background in the pharmceutical industry
- At least two years MSL experience
- Proven experience in KOL development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
