Project Manager
Lokalizacja: Subcarpathian RegionFor our Client, an international production company we are looking for qualified candidate for the Project Manager position. This person is the connecting point between customers’ requests, R&D, operations, purchasing, finance and sales to coordinate execution and properly challenges each department to ensure best outcome for company and customer. Project Manager takes the holistic view and responsibility for project across all functions and has the responsibility to challenge and drive execution.
Your Tasks:
• Creating customer focus enterprise that relentlessly focus on design solution that are fit for purpose, designed for cost and ease of manufacturing using industry standard parts
• Candidate drives for delivering project on time and on budget to ensure meeting customers’ expectations and achievement of company profitability targets
• Candidate manages with focused and granular tracking the project timing and progress and ensure every department is proactively completing its activity and predicting any unexpected surprise
• Candidate tracks project evolution from design to until SOP (Start of Production) and driving internal execution to meet the targets
• Manage the project, from define priorities, to leading an inter-functional team with different people
• Taking care of the Stakeholders needs
• Building and leading a team with people needed, i. e. design engineers, technologists, industrial/process engineers and testing/prototype teams
• Ensuring/improving project profitability according to plan and activity drives for adjustment of offers in alignment with project modifications
• Takes actions and drive resolution when project gets into critical phase or yellow/red flags (in this case, highlight the problem and start counter activities)
• Driving the lessons learned process for the whole project team
• Ensuring project and product documentation availability and storage
• Presenting test results and status of material development (decide what and how something will be presented)
• Make sure that the feedback is given in appropriate way and time
• Ensuring that the proper information is fully visible
• Auditing that all departments are taking proactive steps to maximize profitability, cost benefits and OTD
• Challenging R&D to ensure solution is design for ease of manufacturing with industry standard parts
• Interacts frequently with sales to ensure that negotiated price and OTD is always consistent with changes and modifications in order to maximize financial opportunity for company
Collaborate with SBO to ensure the appropriate information is tracked and recorded

What we are looking for:
• At least 3 years of experience on similar position in international company
• Higher education confirmed by a master's degree in technical science
• Fluency in English
• In-depth technical knowledge and analytical skills that you can use in practice
• High level of communication skills, analytical skills, precision
• Passion for problem solving
• Focused on driving completion of actions
• Knowledge of: products, project management, market and competition, marketing and sales, etc.
