Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
For a large company in the Food Industry, we're currently looking for an experienced Operations and/or Project Manager who has a strong technical background for the role of a Technical Services Engineering Manager. The company is currently growing fast and is looking for several ways to expand in 2016. The company is a multinational with several plants worldwide.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you are directly responsible for the project managers and their project teams. Projects also include the developing of processes and project concepts, budget and the implementation of capital projects. You make sure the goals and target are being achieved.
As the Technical Services Engineering Manager you work closely on various levels, working with the manufacturing managers and operators on production-level.
Because of the several locations worldwide, it might be possible to do a temporary project abroad. But this position is mainly based in the Netherlands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Leading Project Managers and Project Teams
-Implementation of budgets and implementation of capital projects
-Coordinate CAPEX-projects
-Manage Project Portfolio & Coordination
-Motivating & Stimulating Project Managers & Project Teams
REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum bachelor degree in engineering
-Background in production (operations) and engineering or other technical discipline
-Project Management skills
-Strong communication and leadership skills
