We are looking for experienced Project Manager, who will manage business-critical high- availability projects, dedicated to traveling industry. Products are being created under Agile methodology in small SCRUM teams, including teams distributed between different locations (India and US).
You will be responsible for:
Motivating, leading, mentoring and coaching project teams
Gathering project business requirements, analyzing and leading business and technical workshops to finalize requirements and project approach
Establishing project plans and associated resource and timeline needs, coordinating closely with other project managers to effectively share resources
Managing the overall project lifecycle process and resources from start to finish, ensuring project deadlines, goals, and quality standards are met
Work status reporting
We expect you to:
Have advanced experience (4+) in managing full life cycles of multiple small projects
Have solid leadership qualities
Be able to work independently
Have analytical skills and a solid facilitator ones
Be proficient with Microsoft office
Have great communication skills in both Polish and English languages
Nice to have:
Proficient with a project scheduling software tool-MS Project preferred.
Experience with Jira or other tracking tools is a plus.
Experience with AGILE
