For our Client, a company which is establishing a new office in Katowice, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Your new role
The Project Manager oversees key projects that are strategic to the development of company’s global business, responsibilities include developing plans based on multiple inputs, defining budgets, engaging stake holders as well as suppliers to achieve implementation on time and within scope. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project. As a Project Manager you will prepare reports that will be presented to Senior Management and at Board Level, the individual will need to be both detailed and strategic in mind set. You will report in directly to the Chief Operations Officer and also have interaction with both the CEO and CFO on all critical projects, maintaining clear details of timings, costs and critical success factors. The ability to work within a changing environment and be flexible and adaptable will be imperative for the successful candidate.
What you'll need to succeed
To be an ideal candidate you need to hold a Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study and a proven working experience in project management. Additionally, you need to have strong working knowledge of MS Office. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification will be a plus. We are looking for a candidate, who is experienced in work in international environment and is able to communicate fluently in English. Skills that the successful candidate will need include the ability to influence people, drive deadlines, negotiate with stake holders and suppliers while delivering to both time and budget deadlines.
