For our client - worldwide leader providing software for the service and online booking in travel industry - we are currently seeking individuals for the position of Project Manager in Warsaw
Job specification:
- Lead project teams through the Initialization, Planning phases and then monitor and control the project Execution phase; as well ensure successful transition of the project to the business partners and/or end users
- Identification of stakeholders and analyzing the impact of the project on them
- Create and execute project plans in close collaboration with all projects stakeholders and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- Ensure management of project controls (risks, issues and dependencies)
- Review project deliverables and ensure they are of the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the project plan
- Effectively apply company’s project management methodology and enforce project standards
- Ensure that the project is managed within budget, time and quality; that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case
Requirements:
- University degree in Business or Scientific studies, or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of working experience in project management/co-ordination role in global IT projects:
- Detailed project plan creation/management
- Risks and issues management
- Deployment management
- UAT coordination
- Successful project communication
- Fluent English language (written and spoken )
- Analytical skills
- Capability and experience in working with remote teams and management
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince or similar)
- Agile knowledge is a plus
