THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The project manager is responsible for multiple product life cycle management projects within the operations department. You will be responsible the preparation of new product launches, new configurations and variations without interrupting the supply for patients in the Europe area.
This is a temporary contact for 6 months initially.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The development of project plans for PLC management initiatives
- Participate in product delivery, brand teams and the regional operations team
- Change control management
- Liaison between commercial functions, regulatory affairs and supply chain.
- Cooperate with labelling and packaging departments
- Manage inventory turns and service level based on KPI’s
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Cooperate/interact with global/regional supply chain and other company divisions
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
- 5 years’ experience within the industry related to supply chain and logistics
- 3 years’ experience working in a cross-functional/ international team
- Bachelor or Master in a related field (preferably logistics)
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English (Written and Oral)
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven by continuous improvement
Preferred:
- Experience in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology)
- Project Management Experience
- Understanding of distribution, supply chain and marketing principles
