On behalf of my client, an international company from the biotechnology sector, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Project Manager (Global Business Optimization).
On this position you will be mainly responsible for transition processes including analyzing, mapping and planning the moving process from one location to Warsaw, grasping and eliminating differences between locations, monitoring and executing the project on each stage. Moreover you will be in charge of building the Global Business Service processes and mechanism, looking and implementing improvements (in various areas such as HR, Finance etc.) as well as acting as a coach to support and inspire global project team.
We are seeking candidates with more than 7 years of professional experience on a similar position gained in an international environment. Experience in business improvement methodology, including Lean Six Sigma (certification: Green Belt or Black Belt) is required. Working knowledge of Oracle system will be a huge advantage. In addition, we are looking for candidates with great interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to lead an international project and team.
