THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
The company is processing cocoa for chocolate manufacturing. The company is large company location, with several locations spread over Europe.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
For this position the company is looking for a project manager civil with experience in the cacao industry. This experience is required for this position. As a project manager civil you are going to lead the build project.
The company wants to expand the plant with different buildings. Experience with warehouse buildings are required. You are going to lead this project from the feasability phase until the completion. The project will consist of approximately 1.5-2 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and motivating +/- 10 FTE
- Contact person for architect, stakeholders and contractors
- Budget responsibility of 5 million euros CAPEX Value
- Reporting to operations manager
REQUIREMENTS
- +/- 5 years of experience in the cacao industry
- Experience with building warehouses
- Bachelor in civil engineering
- Languages: Dutch and English
