ROLE DESCRIPTION
You are responsible for setting up conference calls, be present/attend meetings, coordinate meetings, perform basic follow-ups. You are also part of the team who is executing and controlling cost reconciliation, tracking expenses and budget administration. You will work very closely with IT-specialist to complete project objectives, you should have worked in an IT-environment before.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for project administrative issues efficiently and on time. Conducting project correspondences and prepare reviews and reply to related emails and other documents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Worked in an IT-environment before
- Knowledge of IT-basics
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Strong knowledge of MS office; including MS Project
- Fluent in English
