The Junior Project Manager / PMOwill work under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager to support the overall project deliverables, planning, reporting, and risk management.

The Junior Project Manager / PMOwill work under the direct supervision of a Senior Project Manager to support the overall project deliverables, planning, reporting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will:
- Assist the senior project manager in managing the project / program and take care about planning, reporting and budget tracking tasks;
- Structure, plan and manage small projects independently and work together with the project team members in order to execute the project;
- Ensure that the scope, plan and objective of the small project is understood by all team members and track progress / report issues to the senior project manager;
- Perform business analysis, discuss results with the project stakeholders and pre-sent the results to the senior project manager / business lead.
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
The successful candidate will be bring the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in economic science or technical/mathematical studies (or a comparable education);
- Profound knowledge of the Financial Services industry (preferably in the asset management industry), ideally with operational background;
- Experience in managing transition projects (between location) is highly welcomed;
- Sound understanding of PMO; First experiences in managing projects, probably in the context of preparing and executing change / run the bank initiatives in an operational context;
- Team player with high-level of initiative and motivation;
- Strong organizational strength and the ability to structure your time;
- Good competence in target- and solution-oriented thinking;
- Safe handling of MS-Office;
- Excellent language skills in English and German;
- Willingness to travel as necessary;
- EU work permit required.
