Project Coordinator

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

This role fits under Operations Strategy & Business Acceleration team and encompasses a broad portfolio of projects supporting the execution of the strategy of the SBA organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the regional and global execution of the SBA projects - and once ready - gradually leading projects within the SBA org.
  • Supporting the development of SBA Digital Hub in Krakow in the area of project management.
  • Project management of the activities related (but not limited to):
    Transformational Portfolio - including planning / scheduling/ tracking/ controlling cost/ stakeholder communication.
    Portfolio Simplification - including planning /scheduling/ tracking/ analysing results/stakeholder communication.
  • Creating assets necessary for the SBA team (including presentations, project plans/timelines/reviews).

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Fluent English.
  • 3-4 year of experience in an international environment.
  • Project management and/or change management experience.
  • Out of the box thinker with a can do attitude, ability to connect the dots, quick in execution, adaptive to change and with ability to work in fast moving environment.
  • Open/collaborative approach with and willingness to understand constraints while working to achieve a common target.
  • A Big-picture thinker who possess a proactive, creative, innovative, and action-oriented entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Experience in working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency required in Microsoft Office Tools, especially in PowerPoint.
Nice to have (any of the below):
  • Business Consulting experience.
  • Budgetary experience.
  • Data analytics experience.
  • Business process architecture experience.
