Wymagania

The Project Analyst; analyzes, plans, implements and supports process improvement needs and tools for Customer Care to support all operational, compliance and productivity requirements. They evaluate and model existing processes within the Customer Care organization and determine if changes and updates are required. Develops metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.

Collects data to identify root cause problems and measures performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. May identify, lead and manage team resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects. Deploys plans from conception through to close.

Requirements:

• Education - BS/BA in engineering, science or business administration field or have suitable experience.
• Local language skills, plus good command of English both verbal and written.
• Project management or continuous improvement experience is required, certification is a plus but could be obtained on the job.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile Project Management methodologies
• Green belt certification preferred.
• Ideally has an understanding of business systems such as SAP, Cisco, O365 etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the effective running of the Project Office:
• All Projects are correctly documented and executed through regular follow up and engagement with project managers/teams.
• Achievement of Productivity goals and objectives are realized.
• Identifying/managing/executing process improvement opportunities across EMEA region and supporting global projects as required.
• Identifying, implementing and supporting the maintenance of tools, technology and processes to improve the customer experience.
