For our Client, an international company located in Kraków we are looking for a person interested in the role of Program Manager.
Your new role
The successful candidates will have the passion to shape and direct transformation and software implementations and provide the rigor and tenacity to lead diverse teams to successful outcomes. The Program Manager is a critical member of the team, influencing project culture, building meaningful relationships with clients, and shepherding projects from assessment through deployment and beyond. The right person for the job is someone excited about expanding their own capabilities and leading a team of experts to delight customers as part of our global delivery team.
Your main responsibilities will be to provide leadership, support and direction to the delivery teams assigned to projects within the assigned portfolio as well as to provide internal support to the Head of Operations Governance and Projects Director to ensure best practices are being adopted. Moreover, you will assume responsibility for an active project portfolio to ensure projects are delivered to the required timescale, budget and quality and provide clients with the support and guidance required to ensure the success of any client engagement being managed.
Additionally, you will maintain financial and project control and demonstrate this through the effective use of the dedicated project management tool and contribute to and assist in the enforcement of the continuous improvement of working practices covering a range of delivery models and project management concepts.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of Project Management concepts and methodologies, formal Project Management Qualification, experience of using recognised project management software (I.E. Microsoft Project) as well as great communication skills and strong organisation and time management skills.
Previous experience of Business Analyst or Consultancy type disciplines and ability to travel internationally will be considered as a plus.
