As the program manager you will be responsible for end-to-end compound development strategies. You collaborate with the compound development team and the program development team where your responsibility lies in providing overall program leadership.You initiate, plan, execute, control and report on the clinical development plan.Responsibilities
You are responsible for Compound development overall strategy and provide global cross-functional operational leadership. Life cycle sub teams report to you. You keep an eye on timelines, budgeting, compliancy according to company policies, while motivating your team on a personal level too.On the same note you establish a clinical strategy and co-lead the trials. You are the connection between multiple departments and the clinical team.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, bioinformatics, engineering, computer science or equivalent work experience- Fluent in English
- Extensive industrial experience to lead entire development programs without losing overview
