THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a large player in the Bakery Industry. The company is fast growing and is looking for a experienced production manager who has several years of experience in the Food Industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Production Manager you are responsible for the daily production at the location. Make the processes as efficiency as possible is the main focus. You are a people manager and spend a lot of time at the production to lead your employees as good as possible. The Production Manager is also responsible for the implementation of SAP and has strong qualities as a change manager looking for the next step in their career.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Analyzing daily operations and continuously improving the processes
-Implementation of SAP
-Report to plant manager and controlling productivity, costs and quality
-Create a safe working environment
REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 7 years of experience in the Food Industry
-At least 4 years of experience as a Production Manager in the Food Industry
-Bachelor degree Engineering, Food Technology or something similar
-Experience with SAP
-Change Management
