THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

The company is a middle-large company in the Food Industry in the Netherlands. The company has +/-80FTE with 6 production lines. Because of expansion and implementation of new production lines, the company is looking for a production manager.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Production Manager you are responsible for the daily production at the location. The shiftleaders will directly report to the production manager, who have teams of 7 operators each. The Production Manager is responsible for the 6 production lines and will work closely together with the quality and maintenance departments to make the processes as smooth and efficient as possible.

The production manager will be responsible for the implementation of two new productionlines together with the implementation of continuous improvement. That's why our client is looking for an experienced production manager with +10 years of experience in a production environment, experience in the food highly preferred and experience with continuous improvement (green/black belt) is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-In charge of Safety, Efficiency and Quality of the production
-Set up goals and make sure the goals are being achieved
-Coach shift leaders
-Analyze production processes, improve production processes
-Implementation of productionlines
-Continuous Improvement

REQUIREMENTS

-Bachelor degree in Engineering, Food Technology or Business Economics
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a production environment in the Food Industry
-Strong analytical and communication skills
-Green/Black belt certified
