Your Responsibilities / Activities:
Your main responsibility will be to act as a primary support contact between company and customer, to keep them informed about system incidents status. In this role you will act as an expert in specific range of provided products. You will be involved in any additional follow up, testing and troubleshooting or appropriate referral to higher tier of support to resolve issue.
What you will need to succeed:
Our client is looking for candidates that are graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar. Students who are able to work full time are also welcome to apply. We are looking for candidates who are problem solving oriented, good team players with strong oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and good knowledge of second language is essential. It will be an advantage if you have previous experience related with Customer Service and ERP software.
