For an international client, intensively developing in the field of printing goods production and distribution, in connection with the develop of a strategic plant in Poland - Silesia we are looking for ambitious individuals for the position of Product Quality Assurance Leader. The person in this position will be a key member of local Quality Team with reporting line to the Global Quality Director.
Description
* Assuring consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing best practice systems
* Validating processes, providing documentation and aligning tasks cross functional
* Implementing production quality service standards
* Achieves quality assurance by initiating procedural corrective actions
* Develops quality assurance plans by conducting analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures
* Maintains and improves quality by investigating customer complaints
* Analysing flow and install corrective action plans and critical control points
* Continuous monitoring quality improvement areas
* Responsible for Reduction number of complaints and waste and scrap reduction
Profile
* Bachelor's Degree in quality management or similar field required
* Experience - around 3 years on quality assurance position
* Excellent knowledge of the English language (Spoken and written)
* SAP knowledge
* Experience to implement Quality management systems
* Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytically capability
* Hands-on approach and process management orientation
* Analytically, logical, methodical and organised
* Problem solving capabilities (dealing with complexity) and communication skills
