Product Print Coordinator - Quality
Selecting and managing the company´s portfolio from an engineering point of view to optimize operational effectiveness during inventory processing and order fulfilment.
Client Details
For an international client, intensively developing in the field of printing goods production and distribution, in connection with the develop of a strategic plant in Poland - Silesia we are looking for ambitious individuals for the position of Product Print Coordinator from Quality site. The person in this position will report to the Global Portfolio Director.
Description
- Responsible for the implementation of product specific quality standards,
- Assesses, analyses and follows up any questions related to product quality (including printability, packaging and labelling),
- Assures the implementation of necessary improvements through the relevant departments,
- Maintains and provides sufficient information regarding product quality and printability to all parties involved,
- Improvement of the printability and packaging of all new entries,
- Manages a correct implementation of FIFO system in case of product specifics adaptations during time,
- Waste and scrap reduction, printability and quality consistency,
- Responsibilities for follow up on KPI's for quality,
- Collaborate with other company divisions located in Europe and Asia.
Profile
- University degree with a strong focus on Production/Quality,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position,
- Good knowledge of different print techniques,
- Experience in efficient and cost conscious projects,
- Fluent English is required (Spoken and written),
- Experience with ERP system is required (SAP nice to have),
- Excellent analytical way of thinking and fluency in analytical tools,
- Ability to work one week per month in Headquarter located in Europe,
- Result orientated, proactive personality,
- Ability to work under pressures with deadlines.
