On behalf of our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Product Owner
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for defining digital channel propositions for strategic platforms including Public Website, Internet Banking and Mobile (extending to future channels/devices). You will participate in agile sprints (daily scrums, spring planning, reviews and retrospectives) through co-location with Scrum Master, technical lead, Analysis and Design as needed, providing clear articulation of product vision and direction. Also, you will provide on the ground Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for requirements and delivery sprints, articulating their product vision, owning requirements (user stories, designs, copy) and empowered to make decisions on scope and priorities. Your daily responsibilities will include management of a product backlog (new requirements, defects, Change Requests, enhancements) and SME support to downstream teams through Release Management and Testing phases. As a Product Owner you will also need to build strong relationships with in country teams and global stakeholders to enable understanding and knowledge of global vision and market considerations in order to drive product development.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you must hold several years of relevant experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst who had a possibility to act as Product Owner, owning all aspects of their product from initiation through to optimization. You must have strong understanding of delivery frameworks particularly hands on experience of working in an Agile sprint team. It is essential to have strong analytical skills, strong decision making skills and highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues. Having international experience with different cultures (North America, LATAM, Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe) would be highly appreciated. Due to work in international environment you need to hold fluent English language skills.
