THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
Is an internation operating food company. The company is producing convenience food and sauces.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- A very challenging job, with a lot of responsibilities. It's important that you have a passion for food and have knowledge about experimental design, prototyping.
- You will provide on-the-ground R&D support the Operations Associates, and will use your technical expertise to guide troubleshooting in the factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide recipe design and product specifications and own knowledge transfer to Quality, Site R&D, and Manufacturing.
- Act as lead product design representative for a project team. Develop, communicate agree product development plans with project team members.
- Provide product and ingredient expertise to new process development opportunities/needs, and support as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
- Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in the food industry.
- Experience with sauces and rice products is a pre.
- A track record of continuous improvement.
- Has knowledge about processes/ experimental design and prototyping.
- Speaking and writing fluently in Dutch and English
