Your next position
Create and maintain basic master data in SAP: manufacturing bill of material, routings and production version. Ensure that SAP ECC and APO base on same procurement data. Enforce and support a consequent Product Life Cycle Management from PDM to SAP. Design, optimize and maintain checklists, timesheet and other tools to facilitate the material introduction process. Close cooperation with process and application engineering to make sure that notes in routings and manufacturing documents are correct and up-to-date. Initiate and support product and process transfers and active participation in identification and implementation of improvement potentials.
What do you need to know?
Very good technical understanding (experience as production, process, product, design engineer, etc.) and profound IT skills – SAP or other similar ERP. High internal customer focus, cost-effective thinking, good understanding of complex interdependencies, very strong drive for continuous optimisations, target orientated and structured way of working, used to deal with different cultural backgrounds. Very good written and spoken command of English is a must.
