budget for development, validation and production start-up
supervision over engineering changes in products both in development and serial production
leading tasks involving Quality Department, Process Engineering and Logistics
customer support in product robustness improvement
cooperation with Company HQ, Program Management and Customer on creating Best
practice and New Product Guidelines
product optimization in terms of costs and technology
Requirements:
master’s degree in Engineering field
at least two years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or related position within a large multinational automotive manufacturing operation
English on a good level
results oriented team player with a positive attitude
understanding of automotive industry
knowlegde of Catia or AUTOCAD
excellent interpersonal skills
knowledge of automotive tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP
strong work ethic
strong problem solving
