Client Details
Page Personnel is seeking Product Development Manager on behalf of fast growing and dynamic financial institution which want to be placed as large - scale business on both global and Polish market.
Description
- You bring a new mentality to organization more than a sheer role, see opportunities where others do not, you see challenges and issues with existing products where others would ignore them, and the consumer is your best friend.
- You see beyond today and can formalize a vision of what tomorrow will look like,
- Your main responsibility will be to take charge of our products and own them - you will live and breathe the products, you will know their intricate details, competitive advantages and shortcuts.
- You will communicate the product vision and work closely with IT, Risks and Customer Service teams to make the vision reality,
- You will create a roadmap to implement your vision and you will closely monitor progress.
- You will have a direct connection to Sales & Marketing Director and Group Product Development Manager.
- Your actions are expected to affect positively sales in all business lines we run in Poland.
Profile
- Master Degree (Marketing, Management or similar).
- At least 2 - year experience in leading a multidisciplinary team, communicating virtually and gaining results,
- At least 4 - year experience in Product Management for financial institutions.
- Experience in building business cases - spotting, sizing and valuing potential opportunities for growth,
- A strong background in product development leading the launch of new products from initial ideas phase to full roll-out, aligning stakeholder needs,
- Good knowledge of banking, mobile applications, peer to peer or consumer lending will be considered as advantage,
- Ability to work to tight timelines and at the same time produce quality results,
- Fluency in English,
- Strong presentation and argumentation skills, excellent communication skills.
