THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
This company is already 15 years a renowned company within the medical devices. Through the knowledge of there experts they succeed to be inventive and invest a lot on research and development.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As project Manager you will be responsible of your team. This team will be working hand by hand with the engineers who marked their first medical instrument. Your task will be coordinating, engineering, quality assurance and register the product activities. You will make a game changing plan, to be sure that your team will be taken the best out of there selves and make sure that the historical company culture will be followed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with your dedicated team
- Keep in contact with external suppliers, stakeholders and service providers
- Planning the project and keep an eye on the time frame
- Best achievable result is to motivate your team members and sharing you encourage knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree and medical device technology driven
- 5 years work experience as project development manager
- English and Dutch fluently
- Understanding of the quality requirement and risk management is a pre
- Team leader and winner mentality
- Strong communicator and can make others enthusiastic
