For our Client, the international financial institution located in KrakĂłw, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Product Development Lead.
Your new role
Holding this position you will partner with regional and global business and sales leads to drive definition into the client offering and CCP client/house Operating Model, drive the front to back IT development schedule, represent the company at clearing house calls related to the CCP product launch as well as drive the Operating Model design for each functional and product release. Moreover, your duties will also include working closely with front to back stakeholders to agree on the specification, timing and delivery of cross functional services as well as documenting, tracking and reporting on the front to back product launch or release plan on a weekly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be relevant Candidate on this position you must have about 5 years of experience in business analysis/project management/product development as well as strong OTC rates business and operational process experience. Moreover, as a Product Development Lead you need to have knowledge of trade lifecycle for OTC products and OTC Clearing and managing IT delivery as a process owner or project lead. Very good English is a must.
