ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Product Developer, you will join the Coffee team and contribute to the development of coffee products. As part of a project team, your task is to optimise production processes and interact with the other colleagues from marketing, operations, engineering as well as R&D. The role allows for creativity and input and requires the ability to multitask. Get emerged into the world of coffee!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivering innovative specifications for both products and packaging, you contribute to the process from beginning to end
• Cooperating with multidisciplinary colleagues from operations, marketing, engineering and R&D
• Designing, developing and implementing processing applications which allow for upscaling
• Multi-tasking between R&D projects and maintaining oversight in all processes
REQUIREMENTS
• Master of Science, preferably in Food Technology
• 3+ years of experience in R&D in the Food & Beverage industry, including R&D project management
• Technically inclined, experienced with product optimisation
• Active, result-driven and creative personality, with a passion for technology and development
