Our Client is international Company which is about to establish new Business Unit in Poland. Currently we are looking for experienced Candidates for Procurement Team Leader (Indirect)Position, located in Wrocław.
Procurement Team Leader (Indirect) is managing the Team of Buyers responsible for transactional purchasing of indirect goods and services for European operations. The main goal of the position is to insure appropriate scheduling, work allocation, timely responses to internal customers and ongoing improvement activities.
In addition, Procurement Team Leader is responsible for insuring that the assigned team’s day-to-day transactional purchasing activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner as well as providing tactical guidance and specialized knowledge for all operations supported by the Team.
The ideal Candidate should have minimum 3 years of related experience gained within the international environment – Shared Service Center / Call Center / other customer support structure is preferable. Fluent English is the must to communicate internally and externally.
To achieve the success on the position the Candidate needs to demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills and ability to take ownership, think independently and perform tasks with minimal supervision
