For our Client, an international company within medical devices sector with established Shared Service Center (SSC) in Wrocław we are looking for French Speaking Procurement Specialist with French (SAP MM) .
Working on this position you will be responsible for processing of purchase requisitions into purchase orders and sending out to suppliers, supporting the SRM (provide trainings, analyze and solve user requests, building the network to clients), taking actively part in the roll-out of the SAP SRM Tool in the company, supporting implementation of the respective global standard operating procedure and global SRM working instruction, SAP SRM PQ testing activities and supporting for completition of vendor master data.
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English and French and ideal in Polish and ideally have previous experience in SAP system in a purchasing or logistics area (minimum 2 years). The incumbent should also have higher education (preferred Business Administration or SCM). Moreover has to willingness to travel in order to project support, application knowledge of SAP MM and SRM (additional experience in other SAP modules like FI and BW desirable), ability to work with an newly setup organization (Indirect Procurement in SSC) and previous P2P experience.
We are looking for candidates with good work organization, self-motivation and ability to work in parallel in supporting project work and working in the team.
