Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Procurement Process Coordinator. Our Client is a Scandinavian energy company. The position is located in the centre of Warsaw.
The hired person will be responsible for supporting Project Managers in procurement processes by coordinating and maintaining project schedule. He/She will be in charge of ensuring sufficient flow of information in contract management system and operational activities related to the procurement on-going projects. Candidate will process purchase orders, check them according to the policies and internal regulations as well as create invoices. Moreover, Procurement Process Coordinator will deal with quality control of supplier invoices, project reporting and various ad hoc administrative tasks.
We are looking for Candidates with few years of experience connected with procurement processes and working in SAP system. The role will be suitable also for Candidates with background in Accounting/AP/Finance. To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as fluent command of English (min C1; according to CEFR). The ideal candidate has projects management skills and background in finance or economy. It is equally important to be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize and work on different task simultaneously.
