For our Client, an international business company located in Kraków, we are looking for Procurement Operations Support Analyst.
Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing daily help desk support to users of Oracle iProcurement in the EMEA region. The position will assist users with the creation of Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Receiving in Oracle iProcurement. This position will also actively engage with current and new Oracle iProcurement users in the EMEA region providing iProcurement training, ensuring compliance to sourcing policies and procedures and troubleshooting user issues.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field and previous experience in procurement. Functional and technical experience with Oracle Purchasing, Oracle iProcurement or SAP is also required as well as fluent English (C1 level). An ideal Candidate has to have advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work in a dynamic environment, with time pressures, in an autonomous way.
