Our client, an international company, is seeking Procurement Operations Specialist to join its Shared Service Centre placed in Warsaw.
The key responsibilities of the successful Candidate will include managing supplier data in SAP by creating and maintaining accurate vendor details, contracts, and price updates, preparing reports and providing analytical support to procurement team and issuing purchase orders. Procurement Operations Specialist’s duties will include also assists with market analysis and supplier qualification processes, maintaining consistent data taxonomy according to guidelines and resolving complaints and updating database. Very important will be also building positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, supporting new supplier qualifications to expand supply base and ensuring compliance with safety and responsible care programs.
The successful Candidate for this position possesses at least 2-years’ experience in similar role within Procurement and speaks fluent English (German will be an asset). He/She has a wide knowledge of MS Office and SAP (which is essential). Problem solving skills with a “can-do attitude” and excellent organization capabilities and project management skills are required.
