Procurement Associate

Location: Kraków
• support Procurement Team in handling of analytical and administrative activities
• run various reports, prepare analyses of procurement data
• create and maintain vendor master record, ensuring they are properly documented and approved, as well as compliant with the Client’s Procurement Policy
• maintain a datebase and identify missing information (people, documents, contracts, etc.)
• collect market information
• close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• english both written and spoken (Upper intermediate or higher)
• technical skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (solid Excel is must)
• result oriented, able to manage priorities, plan & deliver in multitasking environment
• being an action-oriented person
• have customers perspective in mind in whatever you do
• have good communication & presentation skills to able to explain complex topics in a simple way
• able to learn on the fly with analytical mindset & problem solving skills
