The role:
Phlexglobal Poland Sp. Z.o.o. in cooperation with ArchiDoc S.A., is looking for proactive individuals to join our fast paced, busy team in our Lublin office. As a Processing Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of approx. 10 people
- Ongoing quality checking, providing feedback, retraining
- Resource allocation to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Provision of Key Performance Indicators to Management
- Reviewing systems and processes to work smarter and gain efficiencies
- Analysis of project data
- Trouble shooting and problem solving
- Assisting in the recruitment of new staff
- Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures
We need individuals who:
- Have proven line management experience
- Have high attention to detail and quality
- Are highly motivated, enthusiastic and self driven leaders
- Have very good written and spoken English
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Have ability to organise and plan
- Have capacity to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Are able to travel to the UK for induction and training (up to 1 week at a time, with advance notice)
- Understanding of clinical trials; knowledge of clinical study documentation – nice to have, but not obligatory
