We are looking for a Process Manager who will join an international company.
Main tasks:
- Designing and transforming Payroll and Time Tracking processes worldwide to drive standardization, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Analysis of HR and Payroll processes to identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and efficiency gains.
- Ongoing ability to assess and identify opportunities for redesign and/or improvements of existing Time and Payroll systems and processes that result in improved quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Solving problems independently and articulating issues across functions and businesses, collaborating with other individuals contributors, sometimes outside of the job family, to bring solutions.
- Leading and providing expertise to project teams during the implementation of a system solution.
- Active participation in project meetings with technical and/or business personnel to assess and validate requirements, monitor and report progress, and effectively track and resolve project concerns.
- Provide input to project plans and timelines. Meet project deadlines while ensuring accurate outcomes for assigned work activity.
- Acting as subject matter expert and leader related to project approach, processes, and risk mitigation for payroll transformation projects. Uses expert subject matter knowledge and research to identify and develop the business potential of a given project
- Conducting analysis to assess impact of new policies / programs from partner organizations on payroll landscape (process, system, people).
Requirements:
- Experience with knowledge of process management/improvement methodologies.
- Very good English language skills, any additional languages will be an asset.
- Strong verbal communication ability.
- Payroll background will be a big advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP/Time tracking applications will be a plus.
- BA or Master degree.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, positive, “CAN DO” attitude, results focused.
- Self-motivation and time management skills to meet deadlines/priorities.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
