For our Client, well-known international company located in the Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of Process Manager for Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM).
Your new role
As Process Managerfor Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) you:
• Are responsible for the process for Service Asset and Configuration Management. This entails that the process is described and designed in such a way that the data in CMDB is appropriate, complete and accurate.
• Are responsible for following up that the process is being followed and highlight gaps so that they can be implemented.
• Ensure error reports are being analyzed and followed up on.
• Participate in assigned projects and ensure that the process and related systems are reflected and handled correctly in these projects.
• Train groups of users in the process for Service Asset and Configuration Management and make sure the relevant group of people is continuously updated with the latest information.
• Virtually coordinate with a group of users about the process and its implementation
• You ensure that there is management reporting available to so the process as such can be evaluated continuously.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate you need to have:
- Documented experience in working with CMDBs and preferably BMC Atrium CMDBs.
- Good knowledge of how to extract data from different sources to do in depth analysis of the result and suggest improvements.
- You are certified in ITIL v.3 Framework and used to working with supporting incidents, problems and change management in accordance with ITIL.
- You also have applied knowledge in real-working environments. Furthermore we would like you to have the following qualifications:
- Good knowledge of both ADDM and Remedy Asset and Configuration Management
- Good knowledge of data analysis and the CMDB data structure
- Good knowledge in query writing (SQL) and reporting tools
- Understand the technical platform with its abilities and limitations.
- Stakeholder management is also very important in this role as you need to be able to both support, guide and instruct customers on all levels of our organization.
