ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Process Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for the quality, safety, quality and cost-reduction of a specific department. You will be in direct contact with Team leaders, Technicians, Operators and Production manage. You need to analytical and want to work in a project-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish the production processes in general
- Defining root cause analysis of inefficiencies in production
- Propose improvement projects (based in KPI) and coordinate projects throughout the whole process.
- Participating in the improvement programme.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree in Food Science or Bioscience Engineering
- Minimal of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Process Improvement.
- Preferably experience in food production
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
- Technical skills: SAP and common knowledge of Microsoft Applications
