Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Groningen Netherlands.
Interesting company which is focused on innovative solutions for the surgical market. The products are developed, designed, prepared for manufacturing and taken into manufacturing all in one location. The organisation is divided into 5 core teams which generally work on a project basis in an international environment.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You're responsible for the process development part of Process Engineering. You will develop and introduce manufacturing processes. Next to that, you will work on process and machine specifications, risk analysis and FMEA transfers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design manufacturing processes
- Design process and machine specifications
- Process validations
- Design transfers to production and support production
- Close communication with several stakeholders, for example R&D, and to carry out product- and process development projects
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc Engineering, Physics or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices or similar industry with precision engineering
- Strong affinity with safety and quality
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
