Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Develop and improve the manufacturing processes for the companies revolutionary product platform
Identify and drive projects, from idea to implementation, to improve quality and mitigate process risks
Execute process validations (IQ OQ PQ)
Support the Production team (trouble-shooting, root cause analysis)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing, Design of Experiments, Six Sigma, Validation, Medical Devices, Biomedical Engineering, Project Management, ISO 13485, Mechanical Engineering, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomaterials.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 4 years experience in setting up, validating and improving manufacturing processeses, preferably in a fast-paced environment (start-up), preferably in a highly regulated industry (e.g. medical device)
Relevant engineering degree (e.g. Master's in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering)
Digging deep and digging fast (smart, systematic and pragmatic).
Not afraid to get your hands dirty!
A star in technical project management, process validations, six sigma - and also happy to teach others
Fluent in English, and able to communicate at all levels of the organization
