For our Client – international, prestigious SSC organization from food production industry based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Process Design Manager.
Your new role
The Manager of Process Design will use their deep expertise in various Continuous Improvement methodologies like or comparable to Six-Sigma, Lean, Total Quality Management, Kaizen to provide leadership for growing Shared Services (Transactional Accounting) organization and will help to architect and standardize current SSC processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have master degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration or related field. Experience in a similar role and environment as well as minimum 5 years of experience with Six-Sigma, Lean, or Lean-Six practices (Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent). The person holding this position should have strong communication skills, the ability to implement implement best practices into processes and speak fluent English (knowledge of another foreign language will be an asset).
